Job Description

- Coordinate and monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

- Experience with SAP systems is a bonus.

- Facilitate communication between cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and meeting minutes.

- Track project progress and ensure milestones are met on time.

- Identify and escalate potential risks or issues to the project manager.

- Support the technology team in implementing project plans and strategies.

- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.

- Contribute to process improvements and project efficiency initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Coordinator should have:

- A background in project coordination or administration within the Energy Sector or technology sectors.

- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

- Proficiency in project management tools and software.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- A proactive approach to problem‑solving and attention to detail.

- A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
