Property & Office Support Officer

Location

- Sydney CBD Location

- 8-Month Contract

The Job

The Property & Office Support Officer has the responsibility for a range of day-to-day office and security administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordination and support of day-to-day operational and building management services.

- Office administration, ordering and coordination of office supplies.

- Undertake administrative reception duties.

- Coordination of workstation allocation

- Daily checks and clearing of alarms within the security system.

- Property and security project support.

- Maintaining sound record management protocols in line with record keeping guidelines.

- Supporting travel and accommodation bookings.

- Logging and tracking of work orders with internal and external stakeholders.

- Research and analysis activities as required.

- Providing specialist and administrative program support.

- Prepare access data as directed for Reporting purposes.

- Provide advice and education on Emergency Management compliance including nomination and training coordination of first aid officers and fire wardens.

Key Capabilities

- Understanding of WHS requirements and ability to apply relevant principles and practices in the workplace.

- Ability to communicate, liaise and negotiate with stakeholders.

- Sound knowledge of MS Office packages, especially Outlook, Word and Excel.
