If this sounds like you then read on….?    Benefits Job Type: Full-time  Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year (excluding superannuation)      If you feel that you are the perfect candidate for this role, then please provide a detailed cover letter with an updated resume showing a proven track record along with checkable references TODAY   Benefits Task & responsibilities Task & Responsibilities The successful applicant's role will include     M365 On-Premises and Cloud Management:   Administer and manage Active Directory (AD) including user accounts, groups, and organizational units. Ensure AD security and compliance by setting up and enforcing password policies, account lockout policies, and other security measures.  Knowledge about M365 systems, Exchange mail, Intune, Share Point, Microsoft security and compliance and other M365 features.  Integrate and manage Azure Active Directory (AAD) with on-premises AD for a hybrid identity solution. Implement and manage AAD security features such as Conditional Access, Identity Protection, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)  Develop and implement mail transport rules to control the flow of email messages. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mail transport rules to maintain efficient email delivery.  Administer and manage Microsoft 365 Exchange Online, including mailbox creation, permissions, and distribution groups. Troubleshoot and resolve email-related issues to ensure seamless communication within the organization  Create, manage, set access permission SharePoint based on customer requirements. Regularly backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.  Provide technical support to end-users for M365-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.    Network Management:    Knowledge about planning and design computer networks, including LANs, WANs, VPNs, and wireless systems.  Knowledge about manageable switch, VLANs, routing protocol, Uni-Fi access point and switches.   Install, configure WatchGuard firewall and security gateway based on client requirements.   Perform regular firmware updates and patch management.   Work with ISPs, respond network outages and performance issues promptly.     Server and Device Management:      Knowledge about Windows servers including Hyper-V, File server, Active directory server, and other specialised servers.  Perform regular backups, develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime and data loss  Regularly monitor server hardware for signs of potential failure, track disk space usage and manage storage resources to prevent capacity issues.  Maintain records of server warranties and support agreements, inform clients or relevant stakeholders about warranty updates, expirations, and any actions required.    ITSM and Team Leadership:     Manage N-Able ticketing system, manage SLAs, ensure incidents are logged, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner.  understand and prioritise business needs and IT support requests.  Lead the team and ensure timely resolution of IT issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.  Utilise RMM tools to provide End-User Computing support, perform proactive maintenance and issue resolution using RMM tools.  Lead and manage IT projects as per client requirements.    Vendor Management:    Communicate effectively with business stakeholders at all levels.  Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.  Provide regular updates on IT projects, incidents, and support issues.  Work with vendors for quotes, purchasing, and delivery of IT products and services.  Practice workplace safety Qualification & experience Qualification & Experience Qualifications:   Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field  Minimum 5 years' relevant work experience   Salary: $80000-90000 Job Publish: 28-07-2025 Job Expire: 27-08-2025 Please click to View more detail / apply .
