Are you a compassionate and customer-focused professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced healthcare environment? Wyong Hospital is seeking Administration Officer's (Level 3) to join our Emergency Department on a permanent part-time basis. This role operates on a 24/7 rotating roster, so availability for all shifts—including evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays—is essential.

**About the Role**

As the first point of contact for patients and families in the Emergency Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and supportive experience for those in distress. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Managing front desk operations, including patient registrations, scheduling, and general inquiries.
- Maintaining accurate and timely data entry across various hospital systems and databases.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth workflow and seamless patient care.
- Handling sensitive situations with compassion, discretion, and professionalism.
- Following established procedures to assist with problem-solving in a high-pressure environment.

**About You**

To succeed in this role, you will be a caring, efficient, and detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork. You will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced and often emotionally challenging environment, ensuring that patients and families feel supported from the moment they arrive.
- You have proven customer service skills and experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting. The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
