Due to operational requirements, the successful candidate will be based full-time at our Craigieburn site, with a commitment to 5 days on-site per week. The team is responsible for delivering high-quality end-user support across a dynamic and fast-paced environment.**About the role*** Provide Level 2 desktop support for hardware, software, and peripheral issues.* Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests in a timely manner.* Deploy, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.* Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise applications.* Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.* Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and asset management.* Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes including device setup and user access.**About you*** Proven experience in desktop support or a similar IT support role.* Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.* Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.* Strong communication and customer service skills.* Ability to work independently and manage priorities on-site.* Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCP) are desirable.**Be More** Working for an organisation that truly makes a difference to the people of Australia, we can offer development and career opportunities in a collaborative environment that supports your growth, wellbeing and promotes flexibility.
