Where the Content & Growth team fits in Content & Growth is the storytelling division of REA Group, with teams working across breaking news, guides and advice, content marketing, video, social, economics and PR. We keep Australians informed about the property market using the most reliable data and insights to communicate the stories that matter. What the role is all about The role of the Content Producer is to create data-driven editorial content for REA Groups property savvy audience and will be responsible for: - Collaborating with our economists, analysts and editorial team on data-driven angles for articles - Leveraging AI and automation tooling to surface market insights - Maintain a content calendar and employ strong planning skills - Provide engaging and timely content for weekly/monthly consumer communications - Collaborate with property news editor to sub-edit and build content from external contributors. - Upload and manage the delivery of content through our CMS What we’re looking for - 3+ years of experience in editorial content production and journalism - Background in news/property/economic reporting - Ability to interpret data to tell a compelling story for consumers - Demonstrated ability to write consumer-friendly and insightful content - Experience using AI tooling - Proven ability to build positive and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders - Knowledge of best practice SEO content production - Experience using content management systems - Proven ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines - Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills - Understanding of how best to engage digital audiences and use the latest technologies to drive traffic The REA experience The physical, mental, emotional and financial health of our people is something we’ll never stop caring about.
