Role Overview

We are seeking Multilingual Marketing Officers to help promote our education and workforce programs to culturally and linguistically diverse communities in Australia. This role is ideal for individuals who are fluent in a language other than English (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Vietnamese, Arabic, Korean, Nepali, Hindi, Tagalog, Spanish, etc.) and are familiar with the media and communication channels used by their community.

These are multiple positions, each focusing on a different community group. Applicants must have strong digital marketing skills and be passionate about inclusive education and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to your cultural/language community in Australia.

- Create engaging content in your community language for relevant social media platforms (e.g., WeChat, Xiaohongshu, KakaoTalk, WhatsApp, Viber, Line, Facebook groups, TikTok, etc.).

- Manage digital campaigns and promotions through community‑specific channels.

- Translate and adapt marketing materials while ensuring alignment with Charter Australia’s brand identity.

- Build relationships with community organisations, influencers, local businesses, and education agents.

- Provide language and cultural support to prospective students throughout the enquiry and enrolment process.

- Conduct research to understand your community’s needs and trends related to education and employment in Australia.

- Monitor and report on campaign outcomes and continuously improve marketing approaches.

Selection Criteria

- Fluency in English and one or more community languages (written and spoken).

- Knowledge of your community’s media landscape, digital channels, and consumer behaviour in Australia.

- Experience in marketing, communications, social media management, or digital advertising.

- Strong writing and storytelling skills in your community language.

- Ability to use relevant tools and platforms (e.g., WeChat Mini Programs, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.).

- Sales or student recruitment experience (preferred but not essential).

- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.

- Motivated, reliable, and a team player.

- Experience in the education, training, or recruitment sectors is an advantage.
