What You/'ll Do:

- Curate custom itineraries based on client needs and preferences

- Research hotels, experiences, dining, and excursions around the world

- Communicate with top-tier suppliers and vendors to arrange seamless travel

- Prepare professional proposals, invoices, and travel documents

- Respond to client questions and support them before, during, and after their trip

- Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and supplier tools

- Participate in optional ongoing training and team masterminds

- Build lasting relationships with your clients and create repeat/referral business

What You Bring:

- A passion for travel and helping others

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Great written and verbal communication

- A self-starter mindset, you love managing your own schedule

- Comfortable using tech tools like email, booking platforms, and CRM systems

- Bonus: Previous customer service, travel, marketing, or sales experience

Extra Bonus: Bilingual or multilingual (Spanish highly valued)

What You/'ll Need:

- A reliable computer or laptop

- Smartphone

- High-speed internet

- Quiet and distraction-free work environment

Preferred (but not required):

- Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Marketing, or Business

- Previous travel industry experience or global travel knowledge
