Talent Acquisition Partner– South Australia

Location: Mawson Lake, South Australia (Hybrid: 4 days in-office)

At VetPartners, we pride ourselves on delivering shared services support that drives success for our veterinary clinics. This role features a hybrid work arrangement, with four days in the office to promote collaboration, build strong connections, and enhance team engagement.

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition professional to join us and focus on recruiting experienced GP veterinarians across South Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in a supportive, collaborative, and fast-paced environment — where every day brings new challenges and rewards. You’ll be instrumental in attracting, engaging, and securing talented GP vets who align with the values and goals of our clinics.

Reporting to the General Manager Talent Acquisition, you’ll partner closely with Practice Managers, Regional Managers, and clinic teams to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

- Build trusted partnerships with key stakeholders, acting as a strategic recruitment advisor

- Collaborate with the TA team and clinics to proactively source and place veterinarians for current and future needs

- Lead targeted headhunting initiatives via LinkedIn Projects and direct outreach

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle using our ATS to ensure a seamless candidate experience

- Network with veterinarians across South Australia to strengthen our talent pipeline

- Support global recruitment campaigns, conferences, and industry events

- Enhance engagement and retention of GP vets within our network

- Contribute to continuous improvement by refining systems and processes

What we’re looking for

- 3–5 years’ experience in a similar Talent Acquisition role

- Background in the health, medical, or veterinary sector (preferred but not essential)

- Proven success in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- A strategic, organised approach to recruitment with attention to detail

- Adaptability, resilience, and a passion for connecting people with purpose
