Role Overview

Reporting to the Group Executive People & Culture, the People and Culture Business Partner will be part of a small, close-knit and highly capable team. This role blends strategic partnering with day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for leading projects around performance, reward, talent, engagement and development as well as being hands-on supporting leaders through ER issues, capability gaps, onboarding and people planning challenges. Partnering closely with leaders, you will help them navigate leading people in a complex, technical environment. You will provide advice and support that builds confidence and trust, while staying connected to the human side of work. It is a role that requires a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset as you will be relied on, and your work will matter.

Requirements / What you’ll bring

If you are an experienced Senior Advisor or Business Partner ready to step up into a role with greater autonomy, complexity and stretch, this is an exciting opportunity. You will bring strong HR foundations, with proven capability in employee relations, performance management, workforce planning and confidently coaching leaders across operational and technical environments. You will have the ability to navigate complex people matters and combine curiosity and business acumen with a drive to build practical systems and practices that make a real difference. Your strengths in communication, coaching and relationship building will set you apart, while your HR or business qualifications will provide a strong foundation for success. Energised by the bigger picture, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the people strategy, all while thriving in a team that values trust, laughter and a shared sense of purpose.
