Position Profile

We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our Health Information & Administrative Services team at Perth Children's Hospital. You will provide ongoing support and training for Child and Adolescent Health Service staff for the Patient Administration System (PAS) and other information systems utilised throughout the health service which the Health Information & Administrative Services (HIAS) is responsible for.

Responsibilities

- Conduct training for health service staff in the use of the patient administration system and other health service systems.

- Provide a system management service relating to the reporting of, and resolution of, problems with hardware and software.

- Assist in the development of documentation including training manuals and task procedures for information systems in conjunction with the Administrator Health Information Systems.

CAHS is made up of four service areas: Neonatology, Community Health, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), and Perth Children’s Hospital (PCH). Eligibility to Apply

To be eligible for appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments).
