They are looking to appoint a Financial Controller to play a key role in driving financial performance during this crucial stage of development and future planning.
The Role
Reporting to the Director of Finance (APAC).
Key responsibilities include:
- Financial Accounting & Reporting - management of cashflow, monthly financials with alignment of US GAAP reporting
- Projects and Continuous Improvement - champion automation and digital reporting tools to improve business insights
- Lead the preparation and review of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts with local management and FP&A.
- Oversee preparation, review, audit, and filing of statutory accounts and tax returns in cooperation with internal teams and external advisors.
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls, local regulations, and Integra global policies including revenue recognition, intercompany transactions, and transfer pricing.
- Lead, coach, and develop direct reports to build technical and leadership capability.
- Drive improvements in financial systems and processes.
Your Skills & Experience
- A qualified CPA/CA with over 8 years of experience specifically Controllership roles, with strong exposure to multinational operations and complex financial environments
- Proven track record of delivering accurate and timely financial reporting under US GAAP and statutory frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to present complex financial information clearly
- Experience managing intercompany, transfer pricing, and multi-currency transactions.
- Highly self-sufficient with the ability to make an immediate impact and require minimal onboarding.
