About the Role:

- Allocate jobs to technicians based on skills and availability to maximize efficiency.

- Monitor progress of repairs and servicing, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

- Liaise with service advisors to provide accurate updates to customers.

- Carry out quality checks on completed work and ensure safety standards are upheld.

- Support the service team in achieving workshop targets (productivity, efficiency, customer satisfaction).

- Maintain a well-organised and safe working environment.

- Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to the workshop team.

What You'll Bring:

- Certificate III in Light Vehicle/strong automotive knowledge (preferred)

- Leadership skills and the ability to drive and motivate a team

- Work well under pressure

- Clear communication and a professional attitude

- Experience with Mitsubishi/Subaru/GWM is an advantage
