Are you a detail-oriented analyst with a knack for storytelling through data? We’re looking for a Leasing Performance Analyst to be at the heart of our leasing strategy. You will work closely with our Analyst, Asset Management, and Leasing teams to deliver accurate, timely, and meaningful insights. You’ll be instrumental in implementing new technologies and systems that transform how we collect, analyse, and report leasing performance across our assets.
Your key responsibilities:
• Spearheading the adoption of innovative systems to streamline data collection and analysis
• Developing and maintaining a suite of leasing outputs that deliver insights at asset, Fund, and portfolio levels
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and industry peers to gather market intelligence
• Supporting and mentoring Asset Analysts in financial modelling and feasibility studies
• Preparing leasing statistics and trend reports to inform strategic decisions
• Leading the charge on data governance, ensuring accuracy and integrity in reporting
What you bring:
• Relevant tertiary qualifications
• Experience in commercial real estate roles or a mix of experience in valuations/leasing/asset analysis
• Proven experience building, using and/or reviewing models
• Experience within the property sector essential
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Working knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualisation tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with MRI & Forbury modelling software desirable
• Highly numerate and competent in modelling and analysis
• Advanced knowledge of Cougar or similar forecasting product
