This is an excellent opportunity for an established lease administrator or coordinator looking to advance their career within a dynamic transport infrastructure environment.As the first point of contact with tenants, leasing executives, contractors, and our client Sydney Trains, you will be instrumental in projecting a positive image for JLL whilst managing critical leasing administration functions.An overview of the role:  Lease Administration & Documentation·       Coordinate and prepare documentation for new leases and assignments·       Draft Invitation to Lease and Disclosure Statements supporting leasing executives·       Create briefing notes and Heads of Agreement (HOA's) for client lease approvals·       Prepare comprehensive lease documentation ensuring compliance with legal and client requirements·       Manage lease document finalisation with lawyers, including negotiations·       Load completed lease documents into management systemsStakeholder Management & Coordination·       Liaise with Sydney Trains representatives, internal leasing agents, property management teams, and tenants throughout leasing processes·       Manage leasing meetings, including minute-taking and distribution·       Maintain leasing trackers for client reviews·       Coordinate leasing activities for Expression of Interest campaignsMarketing & Reporting·       Manage property marketing across multiple platforms including JLL website, RealCommercial, Commercial Real Estate, and social media·       Collaborate with marketing team on EOI campaigns·       Contribute to monthly leasing reportsFinancial Administration·       Manage tenant holding deposits and bank guarantees for incoming and renewing tenants·       Handle various administrative tasks as requiredSound like you?  This is what we're looking for: · years experience in lease administration, property management, or similar role·       Strong background in retail/commercial lease administration·       Experience with or willingness to learn Retail Tenancy Legislation·       Proficiency in MS Office Suite, templates, spreadsheets, and database applications·       Excellent numeracy and high attention to detail·       Well-developed interpersonal and time management skills·       Strong administrative capabilities·       Commitment to risk management and mitigation·       Professional, organised, and reliable·       Self-motivated with excellent communication skills·       Courteous, patient, and compassionate approach·       Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyBenefits:·       Great employee discounts off fitness, wellbeing & other renowned bands· weeks paid maternity leave ·       Private Health Insurance Discounts·       Active Social Club·       Employee assistant program·       Novated Lease for EV cars·       Paid time off for volunteer work·       Career Opportunities with Australia's #1 Commercial Real Estate firm·       Premium officesWhat you can expect from us:  You'll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
