This is an excellent opportunity for an established lease administrator or coordinator looking to advance their career within a dynamic transport infrastructure environment.As the first point of contact with tenants, leasing executives, contractors, and our client Sydney Trains, you will be instrumental in projecting a positive image for JLL whilst managing critical leasing administration functions.An overview of the role:Lease Administration & DocumentationCoordinate and prepare documentation for new leases and assignmentsDraft Invitation to Lease and Disclosure Statements supporting leasing executivesCreate briefing notes and Heads of Agreement (HOA's) for client lease approvalsPrepare comprehensive lease documentation ensuring compliance with legal and client requirementsManage lease document finalisation with lawyers, including negotiationsLoad completed lease documents into management systemsStakeholder Management & CoordinationLiaise with Sydney Trains representatives, internal leasing agents, property management teams, and tenants throughout leasing processesManage leasing meetings, including minute-taking and distributionMaintain leasing trackers for client reviewsCoordinate leasing activities for Expression of Interest campaignsMarketing & ReportingManage property marketing across multiple platforms including JLL website, RealCommercial, Commercial Real Estate, and social mediaCollaborate with marketing team on EOI campaignsContribute to monthly leasing reportsFinancial AdministrationManage tenant holding deposits and bank guarantees for incoming and renewing tenantsHandle various administrative tasks as requiredSound like you?
