About the Role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and providing high-quality administrative support? Shoalhaven City Council is seeking enthusiastic and organised individuals to join our Administration Support - South team in Ulladulla.

As a Team Administration Officer, you'll play an integral part in delivering high-quality administrative and customer service support to both internal teams and the wider community.

Reporting directly to the Coordinator - Administration South, the main duties of this role include:

- Provide administrative and customer service support to internal and external customers

- Provide a broad range of administration support for development and related applications

- Process orders and notices

- Generate invoices required under Development related legislation and regulations

- Resolve a high volume of internal and external customer enquiries (phone/email/webchat/in person)

- Process One Council call back requests and customer complaints/action in Council's request management system.

About You

To be successful in the position, you will have:

- Certificate III in Business/Administration (or equivalent)

- Relevant experience in an administrative/business service and/or customer experience environment

- Experience in delivering customer experience excellence

- Current class C Driver's Licence

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused team player with strong communication skills and a knack for organisation. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing competing priorities with confidence and professionalism. Ideally, you'll bring experience in administrative support, a solid grasp of Microsoft Office, and a willingness to learn new systems.
