**Responsibilities**:
- Costing of participant’s funds
- Maintaining registers and records
- Preparation of payroll and invoices
- Assisting in the continuous improvement of systems
**Requirements**:
- Strong aptitude for working with figures
- Exceptional attention to detail
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
Skills and Experience:
- One to two years experience in accounting invoices and wages
- Experience with Excel VBA coding (Macro development)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and handling figures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Highly organized with excellent time management abilities
- Ability to work autonomously at times with little direction
- Team player with the ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
