Reception & Administration Support Positions Available

We currently have two roles available - for either experienced administrators or for those new or learning real estate.

Are you:

• New to real estate - Interested in the industry and looking for a foot in the door?
• Learning real estate - Someone with administrative experience and wanting a fresh start with the assistance and support needed to succeed?
• Experienced in real estate - A veteran looking to join a successful and supportive team?

The Successful Candidate will:

• Have a real estate certificate of registration or licence
• Like a fast paced lifestyle and understand how to coordinate your work/life balance
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be savvy in the use of online systems, technology and have the ability to learn new technologies
• Be able to work as an individual and integrate into our team
• Have thorough attention to detail and the ability to problem solve well
• Be highly organised and have well developed time management skills
• Have a positive and friendly 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude
• Be self motivated and confident
• Have a passion for customer service and the ability to relate to people from all backgrounds
