Job Description

About the role

Based in Dandenong& reporting to the Branch Manager, you will lead the service team to ensure equipment inspections, servicing and repairs are completed to a high standard to support service demand.

This is a great opportunity for a mechanic looking to take the next steps in their career, leading a small team and being responsible for all the allocation of work and quality.

As a Team Leader, you will:

- Coordinate equipment servicing & repairsin line with budget to maximise equipment availability & reliability
- Lead and mentor your team in their day to day activities
- Provide expert advice with diagnostics and customer requirements
- Train and guide technicians on service requirements and procedures, including Baseplan
- Ensure all necessary parts, consumables, tools, and equipment are available
- Lead safety culture & compliance for team / branch
- Conduct equipment servicing and repairs

- Sound planning, organisational and prioritisation skills
- Ability to problem solve and be flexible
- Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
