**Pastry Team Leader - Artisan Bakery**

Join our passionate Pastry Team at Artisanal Holdings, home to Noisette Bakery and Brasserie Bread - Australia’s largest artisanal bakery network. We’re on the hunt for a hands-on Pastry Team Leader to support daily production, uphold food safety standards, and guide a collaborative team in crafting premium, handmade pastries loved nationwide.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead and support the pastry team to meet daily production targets
- Mix, scale, mould, and produce a variety of artisanal pastries
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety (HACCP)
- Train and mentor new team members across functions
- Plan weekly rosters and manage production records
- Operate bakery machinery safely and efficiently

**What You Bring**:

- Experience in bakery/pastry production, ideally with handmade products
- Strong understanding of Food Safety & HACCP
- Previous leadership experience in a production environment
- Great time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
- A flexible, positive attitude and attention to detail
