About the role:

We are seeking a Customer Support and Sales Lead to join the team at our Juniper Central office in Balcatta on a permanent full-time basis.

In this exciting new role you will strategically drive growth across Juniper’s aged care services.The role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales and retention plan, aimed at providing outstanding and empathetic customer service to prospective and emerging customers, as well as their families.

This is a permanent full-time position working 37.5 hours per week during business hours primarily at Juniper Central in Balcatta with travel as required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales: Develop and implement a sales plan aligned with Juniper’s strategy, mission and values to achieve sales targets and enhance customer attraction, retention and journey for all service lines and optimises the care continuum
- Customer Service Excellence: A deep commitment to customer satisfaction, providing personalized guidance and support to current and emerging customers and their families, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed with empathy and professionalism
- Team Leadership and Culture: Lead, motivate, educate, and develop a high-performing sales and customer service team fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and accountability. Reaching and or exceeding targets by using motivational strategies
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor the teams performance against sales targets, providing coaching and support as needed to drive results
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilise data analysis and market insights to inform strategic decision-making, identify emerging trends, and capitalize on new business and service opportunities to maintain or grow occupancy and minimise loss
- Network and relationship building: Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to expand Juniper’s Aged Care market presence and service offerings, driving growth and innovation within the aged care sector
- Compliance adherence: Ensuring all sales activities comply with relevant regulations, ethical guidelines and data privacy standards
- Safe work environment: Ensuring compliance with Work Health and Safety requirements including appropriate Injury Risk Management

Key requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline is desirable such as sales, communications, public relations or marketing
- Five or more years experience in sales in a human services or healthcare environment
- Knowledge of the aged care system and regulatory requirements - desirable
- Knowledge of Residential and Home Care Aged Care Guidelines and Retirement Living Legislation in relation to service delivery and financial arrangements
- Proven ability to lead a sales and customer service team
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers and relevant industry stakeholders
- Experience with CRM software and technical proficiency in implementing and using systems and technical tools to enhance the sales process and customer relationship management
