Role:Territory Manager

Location:VIC & TAS region, Australia

Package:$95,000 - $115,000 AUD (depending on experience) + up to 50% OTE + car allowance, phone & laptop.

As a Territory Manager at Antech, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping veterinarians deliver faster, more accurate care to pets by introducing Antech’s innovative diagnostic and imaging solutions into clinics. From installations and training to ongoing support, you’ll be the trusted partner that practices turn to. Covering the VIC & TAS region, this role is about more than sales, it’s about building strong relationships, driving growth, and ultimately improving the health and wellbeing of pets.

This is a field-based role and involves regular travel within your assigned territory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Prospect and develop new business opportunities within your territory.

- Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities in a timely and consistent manner.

- Manage and grow existing accounts to strengthen long-term client relationships.

- Maintain expert knowledge of industry technology and products, including Antech’s and competitors’.

- Represent Antech professionally at trade shows, client meetings, calls, and all communications.

- Ensure compliance with training standards for smooth product implementation.

- Provide recommendations to clinics on sample handling, workflow, and results management.

- Deliver repeated training sessions to ensure optimal product use, staff confidence, and maximum analyser uptime.

- Consistently deliver excellent customer service to drive satisfaction and retention.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Proven sales experience, ideally within the veterinary, reference lab, or diagnostics sector.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of hitting targets.

- Understanding of the veterinary and/or clinical diagnostic environment.

- Goal-driven with excellent relationship-building skills.

- Confident communicator with strong presentation abilities.

- Technically adept, able to explain and teach complex information clearly.

- Strong customer focus, both internally and externally.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel) and experienced with CRM systems.

- Valid driver’s licence.
