**Your Impact**

We’re on the lookout for an ambitious people leader who will be a key member of the retail leadership team, carrying out direct accountability over the day-to-day operations and sales development in our Hobart store.

You will be the local face of our business for your Territory and surrounding communities, developing strong relationships with Medibank customers, health service providers and corporate partners. This is not an office-based management role, our Territory Managers provide practical guidance and support to their teams daily. With an engaged workforce and culture of customer centricity at the core, the Territory Manager plays a direct role in influencing market share growth through the delivery of agreed customer acquisition and revenue targets, whilst also contributing to the improvement of Medibank’s service NPS, employee engagement and quality assurance.

Furthermore, no two days are the same at Medibank, so you will need to be comfortable with change and dynamic to deal with any challenge.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- On a day-to-day basis you will be involved in leading the execution of all inbound and outbound sales along with service activity for the Medibank brand
- Leading a profitable business through best practice sales, retention and customer service
- Identifying ways to deliver holistic conversations and drive diversified (Travel, Pet and Life) sales
- Creating a store culture that emphasises empowerment, results and achievement, quality, continuous improvement and teamwork
- Coaching and developing team members to get the best out of our people to ensure the right people are in the right role
- Proactively seeking new business relationships while managing existing ones
- Managing day-to-day operations and costs and,
- Keeping up to date with customer, industry and community trends

**About You**

With solid experience in leading sales teams, this role will see you drive your team to reach their targets. You understand that technology is constantly changing and the importance of staying at the forefront of it. You effectively manage upcoming and current activities whilst identifying opportunities to enhance sales effectiveness.

You will be positive, resilient and accountable for your teams’ goals, whilst leading by example. You will put the customer at the centre of your thinking, implementing different strategies to meet their needs. If you are a natural people leader with a passion for providing excellent customer experience for all our members, then this could be the role for you.

Car and Drivers licence required for travel between stores.
