Overview

- The Business Support Officer is accountable for the provision of an effective and efficient business support service that contributes to the ongoing, and timely achievement of the objectives of the Aboriginal Health team.
- Provide diary management support, information management and coordination, and project support in a culturally appropriate and confidential manner.
- Support the Aboriginal Health staff with workflow on Objective, invoice processing, procurement contract processing, IT solutions, onboarding for new staff, purchase car reconciliation, Human Resource documentation and broader administration support as required.

Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and appropriate immunisation requirements.

Criminal History Screening Requirement

- A 'National Police Certificate' NPC (also known as a 'Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check' NCCHC) for employment involving no contact with vulnerable groups is required for this position (general employment)

Immunisation Risk for this position is Category C (minimal patient contact)

SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
