Take the lead as a Facility Manager, overseeing the clinical, operational, and financial performance of a 50-bed aged care facility in beautiful regional New South Wales.

Join a values-driven, not‑for‑profit aged care provider, where you’ll lead and support a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional, person‑centred care in line with the ACQS.

About You:

- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, ideally with experience in a Facility Manager/Director of Nursing/Residential Manager role

- Experience leading the accreditation process

- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a clinical and non‑clinical team.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive approach to time management.

- Full Australian Working Rights
