About The Company This fast-growing EPC contractor is delivering innovative facilities within a sector experiencing rapid growth and backed by strong government support in NSW infrastructure. It is building a reputation for delivering complex, multi-discipline plant and processing facility projects. You’ll join a high-performing, close-knit team of around 20 professionals in an environment that rewards initiative, ownership, and a growth mindset. About The Role We are looking to identify a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to support this project. Detailed design for the project will begin in late 2025. The position will have responsibility for all project aspects, including interfacing with the client, leading the team through to delivery on site in Regional NSW. Travel to site in Regional NSW will be required periodically and you will at times need to oversee construction. Site Supervisors and subcontractors will be deployed permanently during construction. Detailed engineering will run for 6 months, followed by an additional 6 months of procurement and approximately 8 months of construction, moving into commissioning after that. This is a permanent position; once the project nears completion, the objective is to retain the Project Manager and utilise them on further projects. It is a growth industry, so pipeline is expected to be significant and sustained. About The Candidate Ideally You Will Have: - A Mechanical Engineering degree (or similar relevant qualification) - Proven experience delivering multi-discipline plant or processing facility projects in a construction capacity - Strong scheduling, stakeholder management, and construction delivery skills - A track record of achieving positive commercial and contractual outcomes, including variations and claims - The ability to thrive in complex, fast-paced project environments - Ambition and energy to contribute to a growing, future-focused business - Experience gained working within the water treatment plants, processing plants industry would be highly regarded Benefits - Attractive salary: $200k–$210k + super + bonus (15%) - Secured project pipeline in a growing market sector - Small, high-performing team with strong collaboration and support - Opportunities for growth as the business continues to expand - A role that genuinely impacts sustainable infrastructure development in NSW How to apply Please submit a full professional resume highlighting your experience with the above criteria by clicking "Apply".
