The Facility Cleaner & Maintenance Officer is responsible for:
- Provide cleaning services to a high professional standard for all activities and events across AELEC as directed, ensuring the users needs are met
- The opening and closing of venues as required for client entry or cleaning services
- Assist with minor repairs and maintenance where required
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED
- Certificate III in Cleaning Operations or similar or equivalent relevant experience
- Driver Licence

Salary range: Grade 6 -$1,113.60 - $1,205.00 per week plus additionalpenalty rates forweekend work and 12% superannuation for a 38 hour work week. Salary may be negotiated based on skills, experience and your value to our organisation.
Hours of work shall be a spread of hours not exceeding 152 hours in any 4 week period.
Flexible working arrangements will be considered by mutual agreement and according to operational requirements.
