This role involves close coordination with internal teams across engineering, purchasing, sales, and operations to ensure orders are executed efficiently and customer expectations are met. You will play a key role in managing end-to-end order processes, from quotation to delivery, while maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and quality throughout all activities.**Responsibilities:*** Prepare and submit cost estimates, As Found Reports, and As Built Reports in a timely manner to the sales team and/or customers.* Provide detailed repair quotations for customer equipment and aftermarket requests.* Review customer specifications and documentation to ensure compliance with Flowserve’s technical and commercial standards.* Check and process customer orders, including item identification, pricing, delivery schedules, and customer specifications.* Determine delivery timelines after performing inventory checks and coordinating with purchasing and suppliers.* Manage end-to-end order execution in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and adherence to process requirements.* Request supplier quotations, raise purchase orders, and follow up on deliveries.* Coordinate with suppliers to confirm delivery schedules, reconcile orders, and update internal stakeholders accordingly.* Respond promptly to customer and internal queries, providing updates on order status and handling expedite requests.* Support warehouse operations as required, including incoming goods inspection, packaging, and shipping.* Perform other duties as assigned by the manager or department.**Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.* Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements.* Effective communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external stakeholder coordination.* Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).**Preferred Experience / Skills:*** Basic knowledge of mechanical seals, pumps, and rotating equipment.* Experience working within an industrial or engineering environment.* Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.* Ability to manage complex contexts, including material availability and capacity planning.* Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic work environments.
