**Service Planner**:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual with a proven background as a Service Planners to schedule and plan work for our technicians. Based in either **Smithfield, Newcastle, Wollonong NSW or Carole Park QLD** office and reporting to the Lead Planner, applicants must have experience and a proven track record of planning for field operatives in a frontline service organisation.

**_Your responsibilities will include,_**
- Planning, prioritisation and scheduling planned work
- Planning un-planned breakdown work with the assistance of Field Supervisors and Service Manager
- Arranging/ordering sub-contracted goods, services and equipment.
- Capturing and controlling job-related costs by way of Time and Material Trackers in provided systems
- Effectively communicating the planning process and timelines to customers, operatives and subcontractors
- Tracking and receiving material orders to facilitate a timely delivery of Orderbook when requisite components are available.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and team members,
- Safety Conscious
- Demonstrated ability to plan jobs and develop a work scope
- Excellent time management skills
- Intermediate computer skills with experience working with the Office 365 Suite of products (i.e. Word, Excel and Outlook)
