Title: Cinema Worker Junior (Classification Junior Worker Brec Award)
Reports to: Zone Manager (Classification - Level 8), General Manager (Classification - Level 7),
Assistant Manager (Classification - Level 6), Duty Manager (Classification - Level 5), Cinema Employee Classification Level 4, Departmental Supervisor (Classification - Level 3).
Position Overview:
A team member at this level is undertaking induction and training to perform work within this level's scope.
Performs all tasks with customer assistance and cinema presentation as the priority, thereby supporting the seamless operation of a cinema entertainment complex.

Cinema Worker Level 1 Key Accountabilities
General Cinema Duties
- Complete all duties as per standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene through diligent cleaning practices throughout the cinema complex.
- Ensures correct product presentation.
- Policy and procedures knowledge including all WHS practises.
- Prepare food and beverages for sale, following standards of quality and presentation.
- Stock replenishment, in accordance with merchandising planogram.
- Conduct ticket checks including online check-in procedure while providing assistance to customers, ensuring customer comfort is maintained.
- Demonstrates and maintains a good knowledge of products and services offered to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Knowledge of appropriate communication skills, including two-way radios.
- Undertake minor maintenance and repairs as required.
- Lost property maintenance.
- Attend and complete all mandatory training sessions (as applicable) as designated by EVT.
- Demonstrate awareness of and adherence to fire and emergency training and procedures.
- May undertake cash handling training under supervision by a Cinema Worker Level 3 (or above).
- RSA qualifications as required.
