The Regional Account Manager (RAM) plays a key role in managing and supporting key partners, including Vision Australia, Guide Dogs, and See Differently, while also driving direct sales within Victoria, WA, SA & TAS. We're looking for a motivated and results-oriented sales professional who can contribute effectively to the overall sales performance of HumanWare Australia (HAU).

Requirements for Success

- Develop and implement strategic growth plans for a defined portfolio of key accounts
- Provide same-day responses to customer inquiries and proactively follow up to resolve issues, escalating when needed to ensure resolution
- Collaborate with Blindness Product Specialists to increase Braille product sales through workshops and other field initiatives
- Accurately log all key account interactions and activities in the CRM system
- Maintain a clear and up-to-date sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools
- Deliver timely and accurate quotations, and actively follow up on all sales opportunities within key accounts
- Partner with customer service and operations teams to promptly resolve daily challenges and deliver a best-in-class customer experience
- Monitor, report, and proactively respond to competitor activity within assigned territories
- Manage and maintain all company demonstration equipment within the territory, ensuring it is in good condition and properly tracked
- Continuously build and maintain deep knowledge of HumanWare products and those of competitors
- Represent the company at national conferences and sales meetings as required
- Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by management

Skills & Experience

- Prior experience within the eyecare, educational technology, or a related medical field
- Highly client-focused, committed to delivering exceptional service
- Skilled negotiator with the ability to present and close deals
- Proven track record for pursuing new business opportunities
- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to establish trust and rapport across all levels
- Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving capabilities
- Self-starter with a high level of motivation
- Ability to think strategically and outside the box when identifying and engaging prospects
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to travel up to 70% of the time, including overnight stays when required
