We have a fantastic opening in our Moorebank office for a dynamic individual to join our market-leading sales team. As an integral part of our successful team, you will play a crucial role in marketplace sales and development within our Automatic Doors and Glass account base. In this role you'll be representing our market-leading automatic entrance, door control, security, and glass fittings solutions from a sales lense, whilst having the opportunity to contribute to our broad and market-leading product portfolio.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Build and enhance relationships with customers, clients, and partners
• Provide sales support for the designated territory
• Understand customer requirements and align them with our suite of access solutions and services
• Develop integral relationships with key stakeholders and influencers in the target customer base
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to fully understand the market, customers, products, regulations, and current standards
• Assure fulfillment of goals in sales, profit, and cash flow, ensuring alignment with budgeted requirements
• Efficiently manage the interface between the area and region
• Foster a customer-centric culture
• Act as the "face of dormakaba" in the industry as an industry expert

YOUR SKILLS

We are looking for a motivated individual who likes to be out in the field, engaging directly with clients and opportunities, rather than behind a desk. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, analytical, and thrives in dynamic, on-the-ground environments. You will spend much of your time actively pursuing and developing business.

• Strong focus on relationship development and territory management
• Experience in consultative and solutions-based sales
• Background in aluminum, glazing, or allied construction industries with a focus on B2B sales (advantageous, but not essential)
• Experience with Salesforce would be advantageous, but not essential.
