Skills and Experience
  1. Tertiary qualification or undergraduate degree in science, business/commerce, or economics.
  2. Audiology or Audiometry qualifications (highly desirable).
  3. Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in retail or audiology.
  4. Proven leadership skills with success in motivating and developing teams.
  5. Experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
  6. Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
  7. Strong sales planning, execution, and management experience within a defined territory.
  8. Financial literacy including key retail performance metrics.
  9. Commercially minded with experience supporting company initiatives.
  10. Ability to work flexible hours and travel; valid Australian driver's license required.
