We are actively seeking 4 highly skilled and experienced CNC Machinist to join our Machine Shop team on a permanent night shift at our Bayswater North facility. What You Bring to the Table

If you possess the following qualifications and skills, we want to hear from you:

- Australian trade qualification in Fitting and Machining/Toolmaking (or equivalent).
- Extensive experience operating CNC Mills and Lathes in a precision manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting detailed engineering drawings, including GD&T.
- Strong metrology skills, with a focus on achieving precision tolerances.
- Experience with Okuma, Mazak, and Fanuc controls is highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently during night shifts.

Your proactive approach and dedication to quality will set you apart in this role. You will be responsible for setting and operating CNC machines to manufacture precision components, ensuring that production targets are met with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Competitive Salary & Benefits

The total remuneration package for this role is $133,278.50 per annum, which includes a base salary of $92,877, a superannuation contribution of 12%, and a night shift loading of 30%. Additionally, you will be eligible for bonuses.
