Be responsible for the overall management of supplier & subcontractor registrations and driving supply chain efficiencies throughout Duratec.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage end to end supplier and subcontractor prequalification process

- Maintain the company’s supplier list

- Complete new credit applications

- Provide support services to the Procurement function

- Work collaboratively with the project delivery teams

ABOUT YOU

- Previous experience in a similar role

- Can initiate, negotiate and maintain positive stakeholder interactions

- Communication skills, both written and verbal

- Understanding of commercial terms and conditions

- Time management, proactivity and prioritisation skills with an eye for detail

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

Desirable Qualifications, Experience

- Police clearance required

- Experience using JD Edwards (JDE)

- Certificate or Qualification in Supply Chain or similar
