**Job Description**:
Sodexo are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Analyst to join the team based in our Balcatta office in Perth.
The Supply Chain Analyst (SCA) plays a critical role in supporting the Supply Management team in completion of reporting, analysis and data synthesis to provide formal updates, and respond to ad-hoc request.

This role will primarily support the Food Procurement team, however, will also provide support across the Indirects and FM Procurement Teams as required. The SCA will be the single point of contact regarding systematic reporting, on behalf of Supply Management, e.g., CR-Data Reporting, Broker Fees, Savings Trackers - SES/ Indirects/ Food. Reports will be produced and validated by the respective Head of Procurement/ responsible Procurement Managers.

**Data Analysis, Category Support & Reporting**:
**Data Analysis**
- Demonstrating strong analytical capabilities, balanced with astute business acumen, when approaching data analytics across the Supply Management portfolio.
- Demonstrating strong time management and personal organisation skills and finding the optimal balance between competing priorities.
- Forming a clear understanding of data requests, stakeholder objectives and underlying context, so as to adopt the most efficient and impactful way to deliver results.
- Working across multiple data sources; showing high Excel proficiency to merge, order, cleanse and synthesise disparate date sets to perform analytics.
- Demonstrating creative / lateral thinking on how to overcome imperfect data, data gaps and data challenges, to still produce desired outcomes.
- Aligning data outputs and results with ground realities when providing recommendations and options for decision making.
- Presenting data and information in a manner that is articulate, professional and easily understood.

**Reporting**
- Taking ownership and delivering on all reporting requirements within prescribed timelines - Global Broker Reports, Savings reports across all of Supply Management.
- Supporting global initiatives and requests for information - Modern Slavery, Corporate Social Responsibility, Volume Consumption, etc.
- Delivering key messages in a manner that is succinct as well as easily read and understood; maintaining a high degree of accuracy and timeliness on all reporting commitments.

**Category Support**
- Provide data support to Procurement Managers to enable the development of category Strategy, i.e. establishing the fact base, current state assessment, market intelligence, baselining and modelling scenarios (scenario planning).
- Provide analytics support across the full spectrum of category management including pricing, demand & volume, inflation, savings & cost avoidance, discounts & rebate management, trends, supplier performance, inventory management, etc.
- Developing spend maps on key commodities, product groups and suppliers to provide meaningful insights for category management.
- Preparing information packs on cost performance and industry outlook for client reviews.
- Supporting the development of the supplier performance management (SPM) framework, using insights driven by data on non-conformances and incident management.

**Catalogue Cleansing and Transformation**
- Analysing and cleansing key supplier product catalogues to ensure accuracy and consistency across elements such as product description, price, unit of measure, pack size, content measure, inventory units, etc.
- Ensuring alignment between supplier product information, and product information reflected in Sodexo’s catalogue.
- Ensuring all catalogue cleaning processes and clearly documented and adhere to all established standards and protocols set by Food Platform and APAC.
- Ongoing maintenance of the catalogues and preserving a high degree of accuracy through regular housekeeping.
- Working with Procurement Managers to identify credible product substitutes and / or SKU rationalisation opportunities for benefits related to price, rebate, demand management, span of control, simplification, etc.
- Collaborating closely with Procurement Managers, Food Platform, offshore Shared Services Team and Supplier to ensure that changes from the Production to Live environment are carefully managed with no major disruption to business unit operations.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:

- Min. 2-3yrs experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Procurement function.
- Demonstrated analyst and reporting experience
- Proven experience in supporting categories within the Food & Beverage, Facilities Management and / or Indirect segments
- Comfortable working with enterprise systems, especially across issue management and resolution.
- Experienced in data analytics and reporting to a diverse stakeholder group; comfortable in interpreting insights and trends from large data sets.
