Legal Counsel - Corporate/Commercial

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced legal counsel to join a rapidly growing Fintech. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will provide support to the business on transactions and work closely with their customers and business to support the continued growth of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts
2. Providing advice on contract law
3. Working closely with stakeholders to ensure the company's projects align with customer expectations and company standards
4. Keeping the business up to date on regulatory issues and managing regulatory compliance
5. Working with APAC colleagues on projects
6. Liaising closely with the business and external counsel

Key Requirements:

1. Ideally a minimum of 5 years PQE gained in-house or from a respected private practice firm
2. Proven experience negotiating complex commercial agreements
3. Proven ability to manage competing and tight deadlines
4. Superior communication and interpersonal skills
5. Enjoy working in a team and a solutions-focused environment
6. Pro-active and positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment
