Junior Lawyer Opportunity

We're seeking a talented Junior Lawyer to support our Senior Legal Counsels in reviewing and interpreting legislation relating to the Coal Long Service Leave Scheme.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and a passion for law. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or junior lawyers looking to grow their career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Senior Legal Counsels in reviewing and interpreting legislation related to the Coal Long Service Leave Scheme.
  • Provide legal advice under the guidance of a Senior Legal Counsel, focusing on employer compliance.
  • Demonstrate a sound understanding of the legislative regime and legal authority governing the scheme.

Requirements:
