Ready to take the wheel of two iconic travel brands?

We’re partnering with Travvia Group, the global parent company behind JUCY and Star RV, to find an experienced Marketing Manager to lead high-impact, multi-channel campaigns across the global traveller journey. This is a hands‑on, commercially focused role where you’ll deliver activity across digital, social, CRM, affiliate, referral and partner channels – all designed to grow brand awareness, bookings and customer lifetime value. Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing, you’ll manage one direct report (Community Marketing Executive) and collaborate with teams across marketing, digital, operations and commercial to execute integrated campaigns that convert into bookings.

What You’ll Do

- Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, CRM, affiliates and partnerships;

- Lead CRM and email marketing programs to build engagement, loyalty and repeat purchase;

- Manage affiliate and referral programs, optimising performance and ROI;

- Collaborate with tourism and trade partners on joint marketing initiatives;

- Oversee community and influencer marketing through your direct report; and

- Track, analyse and report on campaign results to drive continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

- Proven experience developing and managing integrated marketing campaigns;

- Hands‑on expertise with CRM and email platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo or similar);

- Strong understanding of automation, segmentation and performance optimisation;

- Experience managing affiliate marketing and tracking ROI;Background in partnership or tourism collaborations is highly regarded;

- Excellent writing, storytelling and coordination skills; and

- Analytical mindset, high attention to detail and a genuine passion for travel marketing.
