**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Manage end-to-end marketing operations, including planning, budgeting, execution, and analysis.
- Implement and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, with a focus on paid social media advertising.
- Utilize CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, to track and analyze customer data for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Create visually appealing marketing collateral and assets using graphic design tools such as Canva.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, leveraging data insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and AI technology.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the B2B space
- Strong skills in CRM, specifically HubSpot, for managing customer data and executing targeted marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva to create visually compelling marketing assets.
- Expertise in paid media, including paid social media advertising (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- A generalist mindset with a solid understanding of various marketing channels and operations.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-starter with a proactive attitude, able to work independently and as part of a team.
