All Hallows’ School, a Catholic Mercy school for girls from Years 5–12, seeks to appoint an Events and Operations Officer to join our Community.

All Hallows’ School is seeking an Events and Operations Officer who will work collaboratively with the Operations Team under the leadership of the Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the School’s major events including Inaugural Mass and the Celebration of Excellence.

- Management of bookings and liaising with external providers in support of annual immunisation programs.

- Be responsible for the successful scoping, planning and execution of a range of events including identifying the objectives of each event and determining the requirements that must be met to accomplish those objectives

- Schedule and proactively manage the School’s Digital screens for up-to-date student activity information.

- Assist with the coordination of the logistics and staffing requirements for the School’s Interhouse sporting events.

- Assist with the preparation and planning of the annual School Calendar.

Role Requirements

- Hold and maintain a current Queensland Working with Children Clearance (Blue Card).

- Have approval to work in Australia.

- Have or maintain the appropriate clearances, qualifications or registrations required to perform the inherent functions of the role.

- A commitment to the values and ethos of Catholic education in the Mercy tradition.
