The Opportunity
An experienced retail leader is sought to join a globally recognised luxury interiors brand as the Showroom Manager of their Chadstone location. This is a leadership role with an iconic brand known for design excellence, craftsmanship, and innovation in luxury interiors and lifestyle.

The brand serves a discerning clientele across premium retail precincts with a sophisticated range of furniture, homewares, and design pieces for the modern luxury consumer.
The Role
You will oversee daily operations, manage and inspire a passionate team, and ensure an exceptional experience for every client. You will represent the brand values, drive sales performance, and uphold the highest standards in customer service, team engagement, and showroom presentation. You will nurture long-term client relationships with new and existing clients, including high-end homeowners, interior designers, and VIP clientele. Responsibilities include ensuring the showroom reflects the brand’s premium aesthetic, maintaining operational excellence, and contributing to marketing, visual merchandising and client engagement initiatives in collaboration with the wider team.
About You
You will bring strong experience in a senior retail leadership or showroom management role, ideally within luxury interiors, premium furniture, homewares, or high-end lifestyle retail. You are a natural leader who thrives in a client-focused, sales-driven environment and understands the importance of creating a warm and elevated customer journey. Previous experience in clienteling, interior styling or premium service environments is highly regarded. You will be highly organised, commercially minded, and capable of delivering on business targets while upholding the brand’s reputation for excellence.
