An exciting and rare opportunity to join a Luxury Watch Retailer as their new Boutique Manager. This iconic luxury brand is offering fantastic opportunities to excel your retail expertise.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Assist in managing all facets of boutique Operations and People Development, including Project Management and Process Improvement
- Responsible for creating, motivating, training and developing the team in a manner consistent with company policies to reflect business strategy and meet overall business goals
- Empowering the team to make decisions to provide the best customer service
- Create and maintain an open, positive, and harmonious work environment
- Ensure all elements for in boutique events are executed on time and within the brands DNA
- Ensure client loyalty by creating engagements from which the client derives value in the brand and product

**Skills and experience**
- 3 + years experience in a leadership role within a luxury landscape
- Driven and charismatic personality with a 'can-do' attitude
- Exceptional customer service and sales experience in a client focused environment
- Adaptable with the ability to work in an evolving environment
- The individual must be deadline driven, be able to manage several tasks at once and be able to prioritise accordingly
- The role will involve a mixture of regular procedures as well as ad hoc elements
- Maintaining a high standard of personal presentation
- Looking for someone who is driven to grow their career long term with the business
