The Hour Glass is a specialist watch retailer with over 60 boutiques across 12 cities in the Asia Pacific region. We represent a carefully curated selection of the world's most prestigious watch brands, including Rolex, Patek Philippe, Cartier, Hublot, Bulgari, TAG Heuer, Tudor, and Breitling. With a growing presence in Melbourne, we are proud to support both new enthusiasts and long-time collectors on their watch journey.

The role

As a Boutique Manager or Assistant Boutique Manager, you will:

  • Lead, coach and support a high-performing sales team
  • Deliver a premium and personalised customer experience
  • Drive store performance through sales and operational excellence
  • Oversee stock, boutique presentation and brand representation
  • Build a strong client base and culture of long-term customer relationships

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment with a focus on service, sales, and people development.

What you'll bring

  • Experience leading teams in retail, hospitality or a similar setting
  • A hands-on approach to problem solving and multitasking
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage boutique operations
  • A genuine interest in luxury products and customer experience
  • Previous experience in luxury retail or watches is an advantage
