Our client who is a French luxury brand has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Boutique Manager to represent their Collins Street Boutique.
- $80,000 + Super + Bonus

**About the role**:

- Lead the sales team to achieve the Brand’s objectives and targets in terms of sales, profitability and service standard.
- Manage the business on a day-to-day basis to increase sales and improve results through creative and effective use of all resources, including effective leadership and merchandise assortment.
- Establish and implement action plans to develop sales for each product category
- Leverage your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) clienteling by understanding the customers' needs and handling customers' complaints and queries.
- Oversee all facts of store daily operations and prepare regular reports for management review
- Work closely with Retail Operations Manager in terms of decisions and procedures relating to business.

**About you**:

- 2 + years of experience in a management role
- Strong leadership and analytical skills with business sense
- Team player and problem solver; able to communicate well across all levels with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
