Overview

Facility Manager – Large Aged Care Home | $150K–$170K + Super + Salary Packaging

Darlinghurst, Sydney

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Facility Manager to take the reins of a large, fully compliant aged care home. This is a well-supported role with a robust team structure beneath you, including:

- 2 x Care Managers

- Clinical Care Coordinator

- Registered Nurses

- Dedicated Care Staff

You'll be stepping into a strong leadership team and a home that is running well – the perfect opportunity to continue driving quality outcomes and a positive culture.

What’s on Offer

- Salary: $150,000 – $170,000 + Super

- Generous salary packaging

- Work with a respected NFP aged care provider

- Supportive executive leadership and strong internal structures

About You

- Experience as a Facility Manager is essential

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- AHPRA Registered Nurse committed to clinical excellence and resident wellbeing
