The opportunity
We’re inviting expressions of interest from experienced and inspiring Facility Managers with clinical nursing backgrounds to lead our residential aged care communities across various locations.
Relocation support and accommodation provided.
In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for driving exceptional, person-centred care, leading teams, and ensuring operational excellence every day.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and managing all aspects of residential aged care facility operations
- Providing clinical and operational leadership to care teams, ensuring best practice
- Driving compliance with accreditation standards, legislation, and quality frameworks
- Mentoring and developing staff to build a motivated, high-performing team culture
- Collaborating with regional and corporate leadership to achieve continuous improvement
What You Bring
Essential:
- Tertiary qualifications in health, management, or related fields
- Min 5 years experience as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in quality improvement and clinical governance frameworks
- Strong financial and operational management capabilities
