Your Responsibilities

- Oversee maintenance, servicing, and repairs of a large, varied fleet
- Lead, mentor, and support workshop team members
- Maintain accurate service records, schedules, and compliance documentation
- Ensure all work meets safety and legislative requirements
- Source parts, manage suppliers, and maintain workshop efficiency
- Support events with critical equipment maintenance
- Contribute to planning for upgrades, capital works, and operational improvements

What You Bring

- Proven mechanical experience across diverse plant, vehicles, and machinery
- Strong skills in engines, hydraulics, electrics, transmissions, and diagnostics
- Workshop leadership experience, mentoring, and team management
- Solid understanding of WH&S and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Manual driver’s licence preferred
