We’ve partnered with one of Perth’s leading underground rebuild specialists based in north Perth, who are expanding their team of skilled Heavy Diesel Mechanics. The workshop is purpose-built for full component and machine rebuilds, diagnostics, and testing across a wide range of underground gear.
The opportunity

The Role
Your focus will be on rebuilding, repairing, and testing underground mobile plant and components - from loaders and drill rigs to axles, engines, and transmissions.
- Conduct complete machine and component rebuilds
- Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance
- Work from OEM specs ensuring top quality, compliance, and safety standards
- Contribute to a tight-knit team that values pride in workmanship and a positive culture
What You'll Need
- Australian-recognised Heavy Diesel / Mobile Plant trade certificate
- Experience with underground mobile equipment (Sandvik, CAT, Epiroc, etc.) (Preferred)
- Solid mechanical diagnostics and rebuild experience
- Safety-first mindset and proactive attitude
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical & D&A screening
